Introduction

First introduced in 1996 the Boxster was the first Porsche to have been designed as a Roadster since the 550 Spyder and was also widely acknowledged as the car that saved Porsche from being acquired by one of the larger car companies. It is also acknowledged that the combination of performance and unrivalled handling made the Boxster an instant hit and despite misgivings from the Porsche purists the Press and the Public found it to be a revelation.

In 2000 the engine was upgraded to a 2.7ltr and the 3.2S Spec was introduced with 260BHP and in 2003 the car was revised with clear light lenses and a slight power and options upgrade.

This car is the later model and is certainly the best we have ever seen. Supplied new to its one owner in 2003 we have a complete service book and a history file over an inch thick containing all the original purchase paperwork, sales invoice, MOT's and crucially every invoice for everything ever spent on the car. This car has been truly maintained regardless of cost.
