Introduction

In 2004 Ford of America decided to revive the legend of their Ford GT 40 sports car that had dominated Le Mans in the late 1960's. Recognising that their original design had reached global icon status, they carefully preserved all the design cues from the original but made up for the shortcomings by giving their new car more leg and headroom. Production ceased in 2006 making these cars very limited. 

Delivering stunning performance and looks, they can reach 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and go on to a top speed of 212mph.

No electronic gizmos, traction control or driver aids, they do deliver real driving pleasure in an outstandingly beautiful package with the bonus of an investment opportunity with capital growth more than likely in the long run, much like its predecessor.

This particular car, new from first registration in the UK in September 2005, looks outstanding in red with white stripes. It benefits from some subtle yet highly desirable upgrades to include a Tubi Exhaust and Pulley Upgrade, both performed at Roush as detailed below.

All servicing to date has been performed at Roush, it is beautifully presented and the front end paint has remained immaculate thanks to a generous helping of Ventureshield plastic protection, and comes with new front tyres.
