Introduction

This is one of the last M series cars which were built by TVR from 1972 to 1979 with almost 2,500 units built.

The M series included the 1600M, 2500M, 3000M, 3000S and Taimar. The 3000 models were introduced in 1972 powered by a 3.0 litre Ford Essex V6 Engine with 138 bhp using a 4 Speed Manual. Just 258 were produced.

The car we have for sale has covered a very modest 37,800 miles and been enjoyed by its most recent owner for 20 years. Presented in Silver with a Black Roof and Black Interior it certainly looks a class act.

It is supported by a comprehensive MOT history since 1983 as detailed below as well as various invoices along its lifeline.

It benefits from having recent work undertaken as a result of an independent inspection when the latest MOT was carried out including New Rear Tyres so it is all good to go to.

Condition

External – The presentation looks in keeping with a car caringly looked after over its 35 years and therefore not required any major restoration.

Roof – In perfectly good order for its age. 

Wheels – In nice order with no kerbing to note.

Interior – Has been kept in clean condition as with the rest of the car.

Overall, a nicely presented original car clearly looked after through the years.
