Introduction

The 12C was the first road car designed and manufactured by McLaren since the stunning F1 supercar back in 1998. Released in 2011, it was an eagerly awaited creation honed from the very latest in F1 derived technology to take on the best in this competitive sector to include the Ferrari 458.   

The result was staggering achieved by using a Mid-mounted Twin Turbo V8 Engine with “only” 3.8 Litres but with Twin Turbos producing a staggering 616bhp. Couple this to a lightweight Carbon Fibre Composite Tub and the car weighed in at just 1,300 kilos.

The end result is a car with breathtaking point to point performance.

This particular car looks sensational in Volcano Red and has just had a service with McLaren. It of course has the remainder of its manufacturer’s warranty which runs to 11 December 2014.

In order to preserve the paintwork in as good as condition as possible, it has had Ventureshield plastic covering to the front and various areas around the car.

Condition

External – The paintwork is in very good order with no dings or scratches to note.

Wheels - In excellent condition with no kerbing.

Interior – In excellent condition with no wearing in the seats, carpeting or trim.

Tyres (New 7/8mm – Legal Limit 1.6mm)

Front – 6 mm
Rear – 4 mm
