1972 BMW 3.0 CSL Batmobile Group IV FIA Race Car

This car has been campaigned extensively throughout Europe over the last decade competing in both Patrick Peter's Classic Endurance series and Masters post-historic Touring Cars with great success by Ian Guest and myself. Two outings at Classic Le Mans prooved the car to be the quickest 12 valve Batmobile out there, resulting in victory in plateau 6 at Le Mans in 2006.
Properly prepared by Techspeed with all the right suspension and brake components that are fully optimised within the regulations, plus air-jacks, centre-lock wheels and a reliable and fresh 350 BHP from the Lester Owen engine running on correct Kuggelfischer injection. No bumps or shunts throughout it's past, this car has race history from the early 80's when it was first prepared from a 3.0CS road car by the late Tim Busby. FIA Papers and Technical passport.
Ready to race and win in 2010 with 10 BBS split rim wheels and myriad spares, slicks and wets. You could not build it to this spec and standard of finish for double the money.
