Introduction

The Porsche 930 Turbo was produced from 1975 to 1989. In 1978 the engine capacity increased from 3.0 litres to 3.3 litres with horse power increasing from 260 to 300. The brakes were also upgraded to facilitate the extra pace of the car. 

This particular car was ordered in Moose Green Metallic, a very rare and stunning colour, apparently reserved for “special order” customers. We’re informed the original owner was one such customer, Ian Anderson, the flautist in Jethro Tull.

Anyone looking for a 930 in beautiful condition will be extremely impressed with this example. It is supported by a comprehensive service history with an invoice file to support both mechanical and cosmetic work carried out over the years including almost £5,000 spent in 2010 on cosmetic parts and paint. 

Porsche 930 Turbos are a rare find, and to have one in stock at this high standard, is a pleasure indeed.

Condition

Exterior - The exterior is in extremely good order with only the very faintest evidence of front end stone chips with the rest of the bodywork having no blemishes to note.

Wheels - Are in faultless condition with no kerbing.

Interior – Consistent with the exterior, the inside defies the age of the car, being presented in extremely impressive condition.

Overall, a beautiful example.
